Wow, I've Already Working In JWT for 1 week lu. So fast...
With having the flexible working hour, I can sleep more... but leave late..kaka...

it's so strange that people would like to stay in office after office hour they seems to have lots of things to do and no need to care about their family and friends...kaka, maybe my colleague was right that working in Advertising industry, you will have no friends and no family... kakaka... would it be true?

it's hard to find the time together...

I will be work as an Account Executive in JWT starting on the coming Thursday (4thOct2007). At the mean time, I will not be able to teach dance class anymore anywhere.

I will not regret in taking this full time job as I want to test that if I can fit into the life of working in an Advertising Firm.

........................Life undergoes different stage, different process, and it is not easy. Sometimes you will have to give up something very important to you to make an decision which you do not know exactly it fits or not, unless you really give it a try...

So, here is the deal. I get a full time job and I have to minimize the time of dancing.

Dance, I will not forget, but to just minimizing the time. I will not give up dancing.

Not really good show this year, as both Hip Hop n Jazz are the 1st one in performing sequence...
Not much pressure indeed, but also, not much reaction from audience~

If you ask, "Will i be happy when seeing you in the audiences' seat when every time I perform?"
I would say, "Of Coz, y not? that is my time on stage, n every time is the only one and unique experience. Who want to perform without anyone seeing? Everyone have their reason to dance, some really like it, some want to grab other's attention, some want to show themselves up... I Love to hear people screaming on me, I love the feelin' on stage, I don't want to dance like no one's watching, I like to dance to everyone that want to see me dance. I am not the best on stage, but i will do my best every time. Reputation. I really want to say there is someone who is always supporting me, but I cant. before I can, but now I cannot. Who will be there seeing me? I only see pairs of eyes..."

I just browse Youtube these dayz n found lots of great dance clips.

QDII in China

In People’s Republic of China, QDII allows investors to invest in foreign securities markets via certain fund management institutions, insurance companies, securities companies and other assets management institutions which have been approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC").

On 13 April 2006, the Chinese government announced the QDII scheme, allowing Chinese institutions and residents to entrust Chinese commercial banks to invest in financial products overseas. But the investment was limited to fixed-income and money market products.

After granting 17 banks and funds a total quota of US$14.2 billion to invest overseas, the Chinese government announced on 11 May 2007 to widen the scope of the QDII investment. With certain restriction, banks can now offer stocks related products. The net value of an QDII product investing in stocks must not exceed 50%, with the net value represented by a single stock capped at 5%. The minimum commitment by each client is 300,000 yuan. Also, the stocks invested or the fund linked must be listed on or approved by the area that have signed memorandums of understanding with the CBRC.

I've been try very hard these day, on improving my dance techniques.
Jesse and I go to Kargo House lesson in bcdc on the Saturday.

For the 1st lesson on last Sat, that is the first time I cannot follow the steps and just stand in the studio.
It's TOO BAD...
I've never got that experience before.

But the thing has been better in the second lesson. I can nearly follow the "steps", not the "beat"...

So now I am practising 2-steps everyday at home, hope I can gain much more on the comin' lesson.
